Air Vent Valves of the EVF Series – especially flat and space-saving

For the ideal venting of gearboxes and tanks

Skarke valves are highly appreciated because their practice-oriented dimensions offer a flexible solution for almost any application. Thanks to their flat design, the air vent valves of the EVF Series are excellently suited for the space-saving installation in gearboxes or tanks. The valves of this series are available in many commonly used thread sizes and can be customised if required.

Reliable venting

The air vent valves of the EVF Series operate reliably in temperature ranges between -30°C and +200°C with a flow rate of 1.2 l/min. The air is released vertically towards the top and the valves open at a defined pressure between 0.02 bar and 0.08 bar. Due to this, a low residual pressure is kept up which e.g. stabilises the seals in gearboxes as desired. The standard version of the air vent valves is made of brass, but they can also be made of other materials upon request.  All you have to do is contact us and we will be pleased to meet any requirements subject to feasibility.
